Pitching an Article
To submit an article for consideration, please send a pitch of 200 words. Your pitch should focus exclusively on topics related to Iraq, Iran, or the Kurdish regions in Turkey and Syria. We do not accept submissions on unrelated regions unless there is a clear and direct connection to Kurdish issues.
Your pitch should:
- Be in English.
- Be exclusive to KFuture.media and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Clearly explain the angle of your story, including its relevance and the news hook.
- Mention the original sources you plan to use, such as expert interviews, official documents, or statements.
First-time contributors should include their email address, resume, and a list of previous publications.
After Your Pitch Is Approved
If your pitch is accepted, the final article should be 1500 words. Ensure that your submission is thoroughly reviewed for language and factual accuracy before sending it. Please include:
- A short biography.
- A headshot and your social media handles.
- References to all facts and statements with hyperlinks to credible sources.
- Data-driven content, if applicable, with raw data in Excel format and proper sourcing.
Finally, all submissions must adhere to KFuture.media’s ethical standards, avoiding slander, defamation, and unfounded rumors or allegations.
